El PSOE rechazó en el último pleno municipal la moción andalucista para cuidar y adecentar la barriada de San Francisco con la excusa de que lo que recogía la moción "no responde a la realidad" y se da una imagen negativa de la zona. Los andalucistas decimos que la realidad ahí está para aquel que quiera pasear por el barrio y observarla. También decimos que la imagen negativa la dan aquellos que tienen la responsabilidad de cuidar San Francisco y no lo hacen; de aquellos que han de proporcionarle servicios y no lo hacen; de aquellos que optan por no atender las demandas de sus habitantes y no escuchan sus problemas. Todos los grupos políticos apoyaron la moción excepto el PSOE ¿todos están equivocados excepto el PSOE?.
