Igual que en 2009 e igual que en 2008. El arreglo de la carretera de Los Naranjales no se acaba a pesar de las promesas del Alcalde, las visitas de los diputados y las quejas vecinales. Desde el año 2004 lleva esperándose un arreglo que nunca se culmina ¿hasta cuándo la espera?
Estos días vuelve a ser noticia la carretera CP-213 o de
“Los Naranjales” y el Alcalde, José Antonio Ruiz
Almenara, ha vuelto a comprometer su palabra (por enésima vez)
en que estará pronto arreglada, tras haber mantenido
conversaciones con el Diputado encargado de la red de carreteras y
haber estado de acuerdo ambos en que hay que priorizar las obras.
Hay que recordar que fue el Partido Andalucista el que presentó
una moción al respecto del arreglo de esta carretera, cuando
todavía ostentaba la portavocía del Grupo Municipal
Andalucista Manuel López López, es decir, que esta
petición del Partido Andalucista data del año 2008 y
aún estamos a vueltas con lo mismo.
Recordar a nuestros lectores que ya en junio de 2004 los vecinos
insistían ante el Ayuntamiento para que Diputación
adjudicase las obras de arreglo de esta carretera, se les contestó,
por el palmeño Rafael Velasco, por entonces Vicepresidente
Primero de la Diputación, que estaba ya aprobado y prevista su
ejecución. Como en 2008 no se había vuelto a saber nada
más del tema, los andalucistas presentaron la moción al
pleno. Al día siguiente el Diputado responsable de la red de
carreteras acudió a Palma del Río, se hizo la foto en
la CP-213 junto a Almenara y aseguraron ambos que las obras
comenzarían en junio de 2008 y finalizarían en 10
meses. Es decir, que los vecinos deberían disfrutar de esta
vía arreglada desde abril de 2009.
Los vecinos se han quejado repetidamente de la peligrosidad de la
CP-213 desde que las obras comenzaron, por lo que era acuciante
acabarlas lo antes posible, debido a los baches y socavones, a que ha habido vehículos que se han salido de la carretera y a
que un trayecto de pocos minutos se tarda en hacerlo casi media hora.
Por último, decir que son varios los Plenos Municipales en
los que el PA ha preguntado por dichas obras (la primera de ellas en
julio de 2008) y el motivo de su retraso: a pesar del compromiso del
Alcalde de contestar por escrito, aún seguimos esperando,
igual que los vecinos de las huertas. La pregunta es ¿hasta
cuándo?
